2019 Patti Airoldi

Patti Airoldi

Patti Airoldi has a long-standing history of volunteerism at the local, state, and national levels. She is an extremely active member of CAHRA and ARSHRM State Council – “when the doors are open, she is there!” She has served in almost every position on the CAHRA board and is one of the most influential and active members of the organization. With 15 years of HR experience, she is a go-to person for anything HR related - always promoting CAHRA, ARSHRM, State Conference, ELLA, and the HR Profession. She continuously conducts presentations on various HR topics in the Little Rock area. When volunteers are needed, her hand is raised - Job Fairs, Resume Reviews, Mock Interviews, Workforce Readiness, and other CAHRA community events. She has many times, and will continue to, fill-in in the absence of a leader (conducting Board meetings, facilitating luncheons, coordinating Board activities, assisting with legislative activities…) and continues without complaint until a long-term arrangement can be made. She helps keep meetings on track and has provided much-needed guidance on past situations. She is passionate about HR to the point of inspiring others.

Patti has served in various roles on the ARSHRM State Council as well as the State Conference and ELLA Committees. She served as the Certification Director for the State Council at a time when SHRM decided they would split from HRCI to create their own certification program. Despite the chaos and uncertainty that ensued, she kept the AR chapters updated and informed of the changes, even traveling to different chapters to conduct training events. She was the 2018 recipient of the Russell Gunter Member of the Year Award. She was also instrumental in the hosting of SHRM CEO, Johnny Taylor, Jr. in 2018… all during Mother’s Day weekend. As many in CAHRA, ARSHRM State Council, and State Conference committee can attest, Patti is selfless and willing to do what is necessary to further the organization and the HR Profession.

In her career, Patti serves as the HR Manager for Rector Phillips Morse - responsible for coordinating the administration of human resources services and programs for its headquarters and many regional offices. This includes staffing, policy development, compensation, benefit programs, and employee relations. She makes it a priority to stay updated on the latest trends and changes with employment law in order to keep her company and management staff in full compliance. She also helped lead efforts to implement a new automated HRIS payroll system. She and RPM were previously recognized by ESRG for their support and promotion of members in the National Guard and Reserve.

In her spare time, Patti is a mom to her beautiful daughter, Tori. She is a baker of delicious treats often supplying her chapter’s meetings with incredible, delectable goodies. Even when she is not able to attend the meetings herself, she still sends baked goodies - who does that?! As if all of that doesn’t occupy enough of her time, she is an actress in the Little Rock community theatre scene, performing in multiple productions every year. In 2018, she had the privilege of working in a play along with her daughter. She is funny, charismatic and easy to talk to. She will become a friend in the blink of an eye. Patti is a dedicated SHRM-CP and PHR leader and exceptional volunteer who uses her knowledge of the field to promote its value within her company and throughout the great state of Arkansas.
