2021 Yadira Lara-Dugan

Yadira Lara-Dugan, of Hot Springs, is a senior at UALR pursuing a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resources. Yadira is employed with CHI St. Vincent ENT Clinic as the Surgery Scheduler, and previously worked for CHI St. Vincent Corporate Health as the Patient Account Representative.

She is active with her university’s SHRM organization as well as CAHRA. She volunteers with Habitat for Humanity, Spa Pacers, and was a 2019 nominee for CHI St. Vincent Sister Dorothy Calhoun Service Award.

With a GPA of 3.74, Yadira is graduating in December 2021.
