Debra Finney is the Outreach & Education Manager for the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission’s Memphis District. She is responsible for the Outreach and Education program in Arkansas, Tennessee and North Mississippi. As Outreach & Education Manager she is a frequent speaker at conferences, meetings and other events throughout the district, and nation. She trains at the National EXCEL Conference and is a collateral duty trainer for Office of Federal Operations. She began her career with EEOC in 1981 and, prior to becoming Outreach & Education Manager, was an Investigator in the Little Rock Area Office for 23 years.
