The competition for talent has never been tighter. And developing an attractive benefits package has never been more important. However, sticking with the traditional standards of salary and PTO no longer differentiates an organization from the competition -- at least not in a good way! Join Sana' Walker of HRGirlfriends as she shows HR leaders who to roll up their sleeves and get creative. Sana's goal to create workplace that are more attractive requires "out of the box" thinking. In this session, Sana' will explain the need for out-of-the-box thinking when creating employe benefits packages. She will discuss creative strategies to rewards, motivate and retain employee. Sana' will reveal five benefits thata re underutilized and may give your organization's recruitment and retention team the competitive edge it needs.

Parking permits are not required.  Parking is available in a number of locations including the lots

      • adjacent to the National Cemetery (north edge) on Garland Avenue (FREE)
      • adjacent to the ArcBest Corporation Performing Arts Center on the east side of Wheeler (Free)
      • alongside the west side of the Bakery District building on 6th street (note these are reverse-entry parking spaces!)
      • and for a nominal rate in metered spaces and the parking garage at 715 Rogers Avenue.

Those joining remotely via Zoom will receive the Zoom link at time of registration.
