NOARK Supervisor's Conference

NOARK

September 8, 2025

Overview
Being a supervisor today takes more than just checking boxes—it takes clarity in communication, confidence in decision-making, and strong connections with your team. This one-day, hands-on conference is built exclusively for frontline supervisors (not HR pros) who want to boost their skills, understand their impact, and walk away with tools they’ll actually use. You won’t just sit and listen—you’ll participate. Before the event, you’ll complete three short assessments: High5 Strengths Assessment – to identify what you naturally do best
I-STAR Analysis™ – to reflect on your Intentional Strengths, Targeted improvements, Aspirations, and Roadblocks
Behavioral Communication Assessment – to uncover your go-to interaction style at work
We’ll use this insight throughout the day with real-time anonymous polling, small group discussions, and simple coaching tools designed to make you more effective the moment you get back to work. And once we’ve tackled the serious stuff, we’ll unwind at Top Golf—where you can relax, connect, and swing away the stress with your peers. **Assessments will be emailed to participants beginning on August 15th. Please complete within 48 hours.? Learning Objectives
