Tara is the Senior Vice President, Corporate Services for Selected Funeral and Life Insurance Company. Within this company, headquartered in Hot Springs National Park, Arkansas, Tara focuses directly on Human Resources and Compliance.
As an active SHRM participant, Tara has recently served as the Membership Advisory Council (MAC) representative for the SHRM Southwest Central Region. She has held many other volunteer positions within the SHRM organization.
