The Fundamentals of HR Analytics: Learning the Tools to Execute Your Strategy is a uniquely developed 20-hour Global Campus/Center for Statistical Research and Consulting certificate program.  It has been designed to help human resource professionals fulfill their promise of becoming a strategic business partner. This course is packed with statistical analysis, research and application.

Course format includes eight, 2.5-hour face-to-face sessions, a full set of the learning materials, practical references, case studies, and access to online learning materials via Blackboard Collaborate (http://learn.uark.edu). Upon successful completion of this course, participants will be awarded a certificate of completion and proficiency from the University of Arkansas Global Campus. Successful completion includes attending 75 percent of class sessions, completing all in- and out-of-class assignments, and passing a final assessment.  The Fundamentals of HR Analytics: Learning the Tools to Execute Your Strategy complies with the Learning Resource Network (LERN) requirements for the Bronze level of intensity and comprehensiveness.
