Workshop Purpose: Elevate Team Effectiveness in HR led workplaces
Session Description: A practical, evidence informed workshop on how HR professionals can shape team culture, improve collaboration, and strengthen accountability.

1. Identify three drivers of high performing teams
2. Apply a simple framework for diagnosing team friction
3. Design one actionable intervention to improve trust and accountability
Minnie Lenox, a native of Hot Springs, attended the historic Langston High, Hot Springs High, Indiana University and University of Oklahoma. She retired as the Director of Human Resources from the City of Hot Springs after 41 years of employment. She is a nationally renowned speaker and motivator who has traveled the country speaking to businesses, federal and district courts, conventions, associations, communities, college commencements, and leaders from diverse backgrounds. She has been very involved in the community, especially working with our youth, through various tutoring programs as the past Community Faith-Based Tutoring Liaison for the Hot Springs School District. She was named the Arkansas SHRM HR Professional of the Year in 2017 and was most recently presented the Hot Springs Women's Leadership Alliance’s Legendary Leader Award which recognizes a woman whose lasting leadership has helped shape our community.
