Beverly Joe, PHR, is the Sr. Director of Human Resources for Triumph Aftermarket Services Group.
Beverly holds an MBA from Baker College, and a Bachelor's of Science in Education from the University of Arkansas.
Beverly's 20+ years of HR and general business knowledge has equipped her to not only help in the HR Department, but in other areas of her company as well. With limited qualified candidates in the area, she worked with local businesses and the college to develop a curriculum to address current and future skill shortages. This curriculum provided the skills and knowledge necessary to work in the aerospace industry. Students that are new employees of Triumph attend the six-month class for free and are paid for their hours in the classroom.
Beverly has served WCASHRM as President, Foundation Director, Legislative Director, Programs Chair, and Treasurer. She served on the ELLA Conference committee and Hot Springs Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors. She is also very active in her community, serving on the Board of Directors for Mid America Science Museum and Abilities Unlimited. Beverly is a graduate of Leadership Hot Springs.
Her proactive and very strategic approach brought her to the C-Suite table and is a perfect example of how people advance the HR profession. Importantly, her program is changing the lives of people who might not receive the opportunity to work in aerospace otherwise.
