2025 Mike Moore

Mike Moore, a partner at Friday, Eldredge & Clark, is the recipient of the Arkansas SHRM 2025 Russell Gunter Legislative Advocacy Award.

Mike is deeply involved in the business community and has made significant contributions in local, state, or federal legislative advocacy on behalf of the Human Resources profession and is the go-to expert for employers. He has drafted legislation and frequently testifies before the Arkansas Legislature on pending legislation and HR related issues and concerns. He educates on issues that affect the workplace such as FMLA, wage and hour compliance, time off for voting, charge/non-charge of employer accounts for the unemployment benefits paid to employees during the pandemic and workers’ comp matters regarding claims of liability for Covid exposure. Mike is the Chair of the Unemployment Insurance/HR committee for the Arkansas State Chamber. He also serves on the CAHRA board.
