Professional of the Year

The purpose of the award is to recognize an individual that has shown outstanding service and has promoted the profession of Human Resources Management. Apply »

Jim Wilkins Lifetime Achievement Award

The purpose of the award is to recognize an individual who has continually shown outstanding service and has promoted the profession of Human Resources Management throughout their career. Apply »

Russell Gunter Legislative Advocacy Award

The Legislative Advocacy Award recognizes members for "outstanding contributions of time and effort in local, state or federal legislative advocacy on behalf of the Human Resources profession." Apply »

Best HR Practice Award

The HR Best Practice Award is awarded to a company that demonstrates the importance and positive impact strong HR practices can have within an organization. Apply »

J.C. Cote Scholarship

Each year, the Arkansas SHRM State Council awards a $1000 scholarship to a college student who has demonstrated scholastic achievement and a commitment to a career in human resources. Apply »
