Proposed Overtime Rule Released

The Department of Labor has announced the long awaited, proposed rule to expand overtime pay requirements. The proposed rule would provide overtime compensation to an additional five (5) million workers during the first year of implementation.

Holley Little appointed to Arkansas Worforce Development Board

ARSHRM is excited to announce that Holley Little has been appointed to the Arkansas Workforce Development Board by Governor Asa Hutchinson. The new board replaces the Arkansas Workforce Investment Board.
