Registration Fee Tax Deductibility
The IRS allows employers to deduct the cost of the registration fees of this conference to the extent that the fees are not used for lobbying and political expenses. ARSHRM estimates that one-half of the registration fees will be used for lobbying and political expenses. Therefore, one-half of the registration fees are deductible expenses to your employer.

Recertification Credit
Those who are HRCI Certified are eligible to earn hours toward recertification. Continuing Legal Education credit hours may be earned.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations must be made in writing and faxed or emailed to: (501) 992-1660 or .
- Cancellations will be assessed a $50 administrative fee if received prior to September 1, 2009.
- 50% of the registration fee will be refunded for cancellations received from September 2 through September 23, 2009.
- Cancellations received after September 23, 2009 and no-shows are nonrefundable.
- Substitutes are allowed.
